The Trichocereus Peruvianus is a fast growing columnar variety of cacti. This cactus is unique and makes a real statement. Bluish green in colour, it has groups of honey-coloured rigid spines which are located at the nodes and are evenly spaced along the ribs.This Cactus is a night flowering species with large white flowers are fragranced and can reach sizes of up to 25cm.
Perfect for Cacti enthusiasts. Very difficult to find to buy at this size in the UK.

Origin: Western slopes of the Andes in Peru.
Hardiness: Hardy down to -9 degrees.
Growth Characteristics: Fast growing Columnar Cactus. Bluish green in colour with groups of rigid spines evenly spread along the ribs. Nocturnal large white fragranced flowers.
Sun: Full sun/partial shade.
Exposure: Exposed/sheltered.
Soil: Well drained soil. Gritty. Not rich in Nitrogen.
Moisture: Water around every 10-14 days. Allow to dry between waterings. Keep dry in winter.
