We offer nationwide delivery and this can usually be arranged to most postcodes in the UK.
Our aim is to ensure that our plants reach you in the same excellent health and quality as they left the nursery in, and are packaged with the upmost care.
We endeavour to deliver all orders within 7 working days. We will contact you if there is any unexpected delays on you order
Delivery does not include installation of the plants. We operate a policy of kerb-side delivery however on 99% of our deliveries, plants can be positioned where required by the customer.
All plants must be checked by the customer on delivery /collection. in the unlikely occurence that you have a problem please contact us immediately on 07970 772743.

Plant purchases/ Guarantees
We only dispatch healthy plants of excellent quality and free of disease.
Plants are living things and as such they must be maintained and cared for by the customer. If you have any problem with any plant purchased from us we are available to assist, please email us at: email@example.com.
If the plants you have chosen becomes un available, we will email or telephone immediately to arrange a refund or alternative. We will never send an alternative without approval.
We do not accept responsibility for plants failure due to planting, soil, weather or any other factor beyond our control and no refunds or exchanges will be issued on this basis.
If for any reason you decide you wish to return any items, we will refund you the amount paid for the plants, excluding a collection fee. A 10% service and re-stocking charge will apply.
We will use the same method for refund as the original purchase.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt at the buyers expense.
Items must be returned in a saleable condition. We cannot accept returns for those plants which have been repotted, planted in the ground or altered in any way.
Any plants which have arrived damaged must be reported to us within 48 hrs by email, along with photographic evidence. we will do our upmost to help and resolve the issue.
We cannot however be held responsible for any damage incurred during transit if or when external courier companies are used.
