This amazing specimen Mammillaria Hahniana Cactus is absolutely beautiful. In a 50cm bowl, it is probably the only one on the UK at this size for sale.A clump forming variety the Mammillaria Hahniana is a cactus where the young specimens are a more rounded shape and more mature plants take on a barrel form. Commonly called the Old Lady Cactus the green stems are densley covered in white bristles and thin white flexible hairs.
Even when young this pretty cactus flowers abundantly with violet-red to pink flowers which are followerd by small edible fruit. This really is a striking cactus and perfect for Cacti enthusiasts.

Origin: Guanajuato, San Louis Potosi, Mexico.

Growth Characteristics: Very showy clump forming Cactus. Dense white bristles and fine spines. Grows up to 20cm in height. Violet-red to pink coloured flowers up to 1cm in length. Edible fruit.
