These stunning multi stem Pom Pom Olive Trees, variety Sylvestris, are trained over a long period of time, by careful pruning.
Commonly known as the Wild Olive Tree as it is found usually found growing on rock slopes. It has tough dark green leaves which are smaller and more narrow than those of the regular European Olive and it's greyish brown trunk is usually smoother too.
