The Philodendron 'Green Wonder' is native to South America and can be grown in the UK as a very ornamental and decorative houseplant bringing a great and instant impact to any room. A relatively new cultivar with lush broad but pointed glossy dark green leaves which fan out around each long slender stem. Emerging leaves are a paler colour before maturing.
Relatively fast growing this lush tropical looking plant is easy to care and brings a piece of the jungle indoors, whilst also helping with air purifying as it filters out airbourne toxins. Can be placed outside during summer.

Origin: South America.
Hardiness: Protect from frost. Indoor Plant
Growth Characteristics: Evergreen. Can grow to 5ft wide. Large attractive glossy green broad but pointed leave in a fan formation around slender stems. Easy to care for. Harmful if ingested.
Sunlight: Bright Indirect sun light. Direct sunlight will scorch the leaves
Exposure: Indoor House Plant. Avoid draughts.
Soil: Rich. Well drained soil.
Moisture: Keep moist throughout the growing season but allow the top half of the soil to dry before re-watering in winter. Can mist occasionally.
Feeding: Feed once a month through summer with half strength liquid feed.
