Passiflora Caerulea 'Constance Eliott'.  White Passion Flower.

The Passiflora Caerulea 'Constance Eliott' is a fast growing semi-evergreen climber with the most beautiful exotic star shaped flowers produced in succession throughout the summer. Scented flowers are around 8cm across with pure white petals and a centre crown that contains numerous white filaments, 5 greenish-yellow stamens and 3 purple stigmas.

Glossy dark green leaves are palmately lobed. Fruits are egg shaped, yellow-orange in colour and are edible but a little bland in taste. This showy climber is great for covering walls and trellises in courtyards and city gardens as well as making great container plants for patios, conservatories and greenhouses. Very cold hardy, in really severe freezes it may die back to the ground but will regrow from the roots in spring.

Awarded the Royal Horticultural Society's Award Of Garden Merit.
