The Eucalyptus Gunnii or Cider Gum Tree is a fast growing dense evergreen tree with very decorative oval shaped silver-blue leaves. From June to August pretty white flowers appear among the leaves. One of the most popular Eucalyptus varieties in the uk it is well known for it's subtle frangrance and insect repelling qualities. Perfect for a single specimen plant or used for screening. This elegant tree is easy to grow and has been given The RHS award for garden merit.

Origin: Southern Australia.
Hardiness: -14 to -16 degrees.
Growth: Evergreen tree with spectacular oval shaped silver-blue leaves. Pretty white flowers appear from June to August. Easy to grow. Needs little maintenance, only a light pruning.
Sun: Full sun/partial shade.
Exposure: Sheltered.
Soil: Fertile, well drained.
Moisture: Water regulary through the growing season. Less in winter.
Feeding: General purpose plant feed each month in the growing season.
