The Dioon Spinulosum is a very attractive Cycad. It is one of the most primitive and unusual ornamentals. Drought resistant and very easy to grow, it thrives with minimal care.
It has shiny, stiff bright green leaves with fine leaflets growing upright in a circular pattern. Frost tender it is a perfect feature plant in any conservatory, atrium or greenhouse bringing that exotic feel. In it's habitat it grows in rocky limestone evergreen forests in Mexico.
Extremely rare and difficult to source especially at this size. 'For the collector!'
