Cordyline Banksii 'Electric Flash'.
The Cordyline Banksii 'Electric Flash' is a relatively new striking form of Cordyline. More compact than some forms it develops side shoots giving a denser plant. Long, upright, slender sword-like leaves have bold chocolate central stripes and creamy coloured margins. When mature enough panicles of fragrant ivory-white flowers are produced during the summer which are great for attracting bees.
Very undemanding, salt, wind and drought tolerant when establised, they make dramatic feature plants, perfect for putting interest and a touch of tropical into your garden and great for a modern planting scheme. Evergreen, they are also ideal for growing in pots.
