The Brahea Elegans is an uncommon palm and information is still relatively scarce at the moment. A moderately sized palm which has a slender trunk and a crown of small deeply divided pale green costapalmate leaves. It is thought that it may be a natural hybrid between Brahea Aculeata and Brahea Brandegeei.
