The Aeonium Nigra is a strange and attractive perennial branching succulent shrub. Magnificent black-purple succulent leaf rosettes that resemble flowers are produced at the ends of each tall arching stem. It does require full sun to develop the really black colouring. Easy to grow it makes a very unique and pretty container in the UK.
