The Citrus Hystrix Tree is a variety of fruit tree where both fruit and leaves are used in Asian, Thai and Oriental cuisine. Distinctive glossy green double leaves can be used fresh off the tree or dried. The limes themselves are dark green with a bumpy surface. The rind is finely grated and used to flavour dishes.Commonly known as the Kaffir Lime, this dwarf citrus tree thrives in a potted enviroment, perfect for out on a patio or even on a sunny windowsill indoors. A decorative evergreen tree with a lemony aroma and pretty white blossom.

Moisture: Keep moist. Allow to soil to dry between waterings.
Pruning: Picking some leaves every few weeks may help encourage growth..
